Career Panel & Networking Reception for Alumni UW Tower
Social media is an invaluable part of the job-search process. Potential employers use sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn to research candidates, and job-seekers use the sites to learn about employers and make valuable connections.
Join the UW Alumni Association and the Career Center on July 17 for the latest events in our Summer Career Series — a panel discussion, Using Social Media to Accelerate Your Job Search, and a networking reception. The panelists will discuss how to advance your job search by using social media effectively and positioning yourself as a qualified candidate.
Following the panel, join us for a networking reception with employee representatives from these great companies:
Please note that space at the networking reception is very
limited and pre-registration is required. You must be a UW alum or a member of the UWAA to attend.
