Department of HomeTown Security: Majora Carter
Kane Hall 120

What is the connection between our re-urbanizing society and how we experience the environment? In Department of HomeTown Security, Majora Carter will explore the new challenges, opportunities and evolution of conservation, technology and public health. While homeland security focuses on statistically insignificant threats from abroad, Majora's Home(Town) Security starts by looking at how strengthening the fabric of all our communities through environmental equality can unlock the potential of every place.

Majora Carter is an internationally renowned urban revitalization strategy consultant, real estate developer and award winning eco-entrepreneur. Read more about the Majora Carter Group.
