||One of the UW's most influential volunteers, Bill Ayer is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Alaska Air Group. Ayer serves on the University of Washington's Board of Regents and the UW Foundation Board. In additon to enhancing the university, he is chairman of Puget Energy and vice chair of the Museum of Flight.
Ayer earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Washington. He is immediate past chair of the UW Business School Advisory Board. (Learn more about Ayer.)
