Jason Downs, trial attorney and partner at the Baltimore firm of Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, will speak on racial justice in Baltimore, Flint and across the country. He is currently part of the litigation team handling a class action in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals based on the Flint, Michigan water crisis.
