Record Turnout for 2015 Conference and Workshops 

Conference photo 1The Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis Seventh Annual Conference and Meeting took place on March 18–20 in Washington, D.C.

Thank you to all who participated! We had a record turnout for the conference and pre-conference professional development workshops, representing a 40% increase in conference attendance and 210% increase in workshop attendance over last year. Conference attendees traveled from 14 countries, as well as 24 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and represented academic, government, and private organizations.

New Issue of Journal of Benefit-Cost Analysis Available Now

JBCA 1

Editors Glenn C. Blomquist and William H. Hoyt, along with the Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis, are delighted to announce the publication of the first issue of Volume 6 (2015) of the Journal of Benefit-Cost Analysis.

This issue contains a collection of invited articles and represents the inaugural issue of the new publishing partnership with Cambridge University Press.

Submit an Abstract for the SRA Annual Meeting (Due May 8) 

SBCA is again cosponsoring symposia with the SRA’s Economics and Benefits Analysis Specialty Group (EBASG) at the 2015 Annual Meeting, December 6–10, 2015. If you are interested in submitting a symposium or an individual paper with SBCA sponsorship, contact SBCA Past President Lisa Robinson, or Secretary Elisabeth Gilmore, by May 8 and before submitting to the SRA.
